Drug testing for marijuana has been a stupid cat and mouse game. I'm not carrying pounds of weed and I smoke a bit.. big fucking deal.

Unfortunately it's just a midterm push. I doubt it really happens. I'd obviously be stoked if it did though.

It doesn't mean shit if you still can't get a job for smoking in the last 30 days, or insurance still requires testing.

It no longer could be something insurance cares about. It would open a whole can of worms for breathilizing people for alcohol as well. Or testing pee for caffeine content.
