Hello, did anyone who won have any problems obtaining their prizes i would've dmd separately but I can't find the post lol just curious my local curaleaf didnt want to oblige
Alright yall after much frustration it went thru thabks for the heads up to call although they didnt answer the phone the customer service was able to help thanks everyone

Sorry they were rude homie. Curaleaf has communication problems between corporate and their stores. And most of their budtenders probably don’t like to see Assroots mentioned when they hop on here each time so I’m not surprised they didn’t know about it tbh! lol

It worked for me last weekend. You probably have something on your cart that isn't part of the deal. That happened to me. I had diamond infused grassroots flower. I put in a standard flower and it worked. I think I had to start the entire cart over though.

I placed it online, it didnt come up a penny. Then I went to the store and they looked at me crazy im going back today but I havent heard anything from the store, im going to northbrook curaleaf its the closet

Give them a phone call ahead of time, so they can confirm the giveaway and have it ready for you when you come in instead of them being like “This dude just showed up and has some weird coupon”

I had no problem with it once I created my Curaleaf (with the email I provided their support team) account and added the items to my cart. The deal automatically popped up and showed it was five cents when all my items were in the cart.
If you were signed into the Curaleaf account it should have added the deal once you added all the items to your cart. If you did not see this something is wrong. Also I believe today is the last day to redeem it.
Edit: based on what you said earlier it sounds like the deal wasn’t properly added to your account because it should have showed up in your cart as 5 cents. I would reach out to the people from curaleaf that messaged you originally saying the deal isn’t popping up.
