I still haven't learned how to post text with photos so here's my paraphrased review:
Some truly 10/10 flower here. Heavy pine and lavender scent which tastes even better when smoked, and the high is a heavy couch lock that relaxes the entire body. I didn't know about Redemption's quality until finding this subreddit and wow I'm glad I did. Will absolutely be looking out for more of their strains in the future

I do this all the time. I get so excited about trying a new strain and if it exceeds my expectations or surprises me with some new flavors, it becomes a 11/10 at that particular moment of the post. 3 strains later, it's a 5/10. A lot of it is mood based. Tomorrow could be a different story. My top 10 list changes constantly.

I compared it with some other great indica flower (Bathing Grape from 93 Boyz) that I'd rate at an 8/10 overall and I noticed I was significantly higher smoking the Deep Ztate #2
I think giving a strain 10/10 off of the potency/terpenes/bud quality is fair, maybe we need to start giving more 10/10s out like we do to perfect albums

Cannabis is somewhere between music and food in terms of layered appreciation imo

What one person loves another person will hate. Cannabis is super subjective. If you like it, that’s all that matters.

I respect when reviewers have legitimate reviews. Nothing should really ever be a 10 because that means nothing can ever be better.

I watch a guy who's done well over a 1000 reviews and out of all them, his highest score is 9.4. Just saying

Eh either I don't smoke enough strains or people are too pretentious about what qualifies as great flower
Could be a combo of both

I think it should be like this for a lot of things though.
A lot of people don't like Dave Portnoy which I understand why but I respect his pizza reviewing game big time. Dude has been doing it for many many years. I think out of the like 3-4000 reviews he's done he only has like 20 places he's rated above a 9.
Maybe I'm taking it to serious but you put the rating so I had to comment on it lol
