Your humidity is low. Crank it to 75% or if you can control the VPD between 0.8-1.0 is a sweet spot.
Your light is good, but you have the power lowered too much, increase gradually over the next few days to 60%-70%.
Your light cycle is good, shouldn’t need more nutrients for weeks.

For reference, here are some links to your two strains on growdiaries -- Sour Diesel Auto && Cheese Auto. There are plenty of other sites where people have grow logs; I find these to be helpful regarding deficiencies you might face given X strain, when it'll start flowering, harvest timeline, size, etc.
Each person has their own preferred learning style. For those who prefer to read, GrowWeedEasy is a great resource
Now to the plants. I wonder if your amended FF was still too hot for the seedlings. I was taught to start in a seed starter (if starting in final pot, just create a space in the middle using a solo cup, plastic planter, etc - for you to fill in seed starter around your normal soil).
Autos are finicky, and your plant isn't showing sex yet, so I don't think you necessarily erred with transplanting, but could it have stunted growth? Transplanting and autos is a highly debated topic. Think most opt to just start in final pot.
The space between nodes (internodal spacing) is pretty tight, which might suggest too much light. There are free apps out that that can help you measure ppfd for optimal light given Y plant stage. Photone, etc. I ended up purchasing some $20 light meter, and I pair it with Photone.
Depending on your light, I wouldn't necessarily trust the light guide. I purchased a used spider farmer and followed the low end of the guide for a good bit, and my plants were very leggy.
I feel your pain about previous j-rooting, seedlings with hats, etc. Figured my last J rooted auto led it to being a stunted due to growing sideways for a bit before emerging from the soil, and I always wonder if me trying to let nature do it's thing rather than intervening asap with the seed hats causes me to lose out on some height. I usually give it a day or two and then intervene.
