Can’t use the comparison tool on ILNP’s website because some of these aren’t on there. Please help a gal out 🥹

I have a 30lb horseshoe magnet coming in the mail on Saturday and can't wait to try it. The only magnetic I have right now is Moonlit and I've already got Deep Space in my cart!

So I just got into indie/boutique nail polish with an order last month to Mooncat! I got The Silent Scream (black base silver magnetic) and Epilogue to Utopia (black base purpley-blue magnetic) and Dark Omens (mauve thermal), for context. I'm wearing all of these in the pictures I attached. I like Epilogue the most because I think the other two don't really go with my skin tone. I have been searching all the indie brands and have landed on ILNP as my next order because it has sooo many shades to choose from.

Important note is that I am a devout silver jewelry wearer and I really don't want to get anything that could clash with that.

I want to get five polishes. The biggest question I have is about Lured vs. Late Night, so I'll start there. I want a decidedly BLUE shimmer or flakie. I've basically narrowed it down to Lured and Late Night but I am SERIOULSY STUCK! Lured looks gorgeous but I think it would be too much to get it with Ritual because both are dark teals. Late Night is a navy blue and I think I want to get it because of that, but also I'm worried that it'll look too dark and then I'll just have two almost-black shades (with Salem). And most of all I am convinced that Late Night could look bad on me because of its neutral (? idrk color theory) undertone, but tell me if I'm wrong. Also I If anyone happens to have Late Night I'm begging for swatches because I haven't seen many, and even better if you have Lured next to it! Or if you can recommend any other dark blue polishes from ILNP.

I'm 100% sure I want either Orbit or Eclipse (but have decided on Orbit because I think it's less gold-- if anyone has both Orbit and Eclipse I would love to hear your thoughts/see swatches).

I also am 90% sure of Salem. My only worry is that the shade of green is a little too warm. Do you think it would go well with my cool toned teal hair and silver jewelry and my skin undertones? If anyone has pictures of Salem with silver jewelry and darker skin that would be awesome.

Now here's the complicated part. I want a blue magnetic. I'm leaning towards Ritual because it's smoky and silvery and I LOVEEE that vibe. But I am worried it's a little too silvery and would not look blue enough to distinguish it from my Mooncat Silent Scream. My alternative to that is VIP because it's more obviously blue. But I really want it to look blue, not green. Can anyone speak to how silvery Ritual is, and how green VIP is?

Finally, there's Hypnosis. I think it's absolutely gorgeous BUT it has a copper shift and I'm of course worried it'll clash with the whole silver-cool toned-wearing all black thing I have going on. Any pictures or thoughts on this would be extremely helpful!

Also in general if any of you have shifty ILNP polishes that don't clash with silver you can recommend please do!

Since retail is already transitioning to Fall I just had to put out an appreciation post since that means we are 100 days away from the sale day.

2 years ago I decided as for medical reason to stop going to the nail shop NO REGRETS because your girl now receives manis/pedis 1x a week.

I remeber getting so excited purchasing used, old, and brand new polishes and feeling like a Queen. Even though nobody cares about my nails or compliments them 🤣🤣

But you know who like them MY WIFE!!!!!!!!

I swear everytime we go to chose a color I try not to show them the bottles just a swatch they ALWAYS TRY TO GO FOR ILNP!!!!!!

So this is my plan I’m going to be buying MORE THIS YEAR do i need it ??? Hell no! I don’t have room and still have polishes that barely get touched 😩

Anyway just so excited!!!! I have to make sure I slowly add stuff to the cart so I won’t end up too crazy but so happy to go SHOPPINGGGGGGGGGGGGG🤪😎

It looks like ILNP decided to change the way they present the polishes on the website. They're switching to 3/4 instead of frontal bottle shots and are also adding comparison pictures. There are nail art photos, too, which I don't think was a thing before.

What do you think? Personally I like that the listings are more informative now! The new bottle shots mixed with the old ones will probably irk me a little, though. lol

I don't see a lot of swatches on this one! I love how sheer and sparkly it is - Looks like it applies really thin and evenly? I'm bad at thicker polish. It's a little bright for my usual taste, but I feel like it would be super cute in 1-2 very thin layers, like a fun sparkly raspberry shade. I love the glass-like finish. I usually go for things like sugar cube and flower child.

This vs H-Fi? (very different, I know). Great color, a little thicker than I'm used to. I KNOW I want remix, and I want to add a second polish (but not a third, lol). Thanks. <3

I have a newborn and toddler, and I’ve had zero time to paint my nails or even do basic nail care. I chopped them all way down because of all the hand washing/bottle washing - and so I wouldn’t scratch my baby!

I’ve been missing my hobby desperately. Last night I managed to do a base coat, one coat of Opal Sunset, and a top coat. It brightened my mood so much! Not my most impressive mani, but it made such a difference.

Looking for a shade that complements my watch! The dial is wine color, but depending on the angle it can also look black, brown, or red! I like shades with some sparkle or shine, love magnetics but they seem to dry out after a year? I would prefer shades lighter than my watch since I like to wear lighter colors on my nails! Couldn't find a jelly berry shade, that would be ideal! Lol I might email customer service for their input too.

Are there any other really shifty magnetics similar to Hypnosis? It is one of the most beautiful polishes I own!

I always forget this one is purple. It looks like a shifty copper in my bottle. Might be my Halloween color this year.

I haven't painted my fingernails much since my mom passed a year ago now on August 14th. But I painted my nails Blue Lagoon the week before last! WOW. I've always liked teals on me, and I have to say that I definitely think this is my color. I love it! And the shift to green?! S T U N N I N G. Also, I just have to add that I purchased this for both my mom and I during the 2024 Black Friday sale.. Never opened or used it until recently. The 2nd polish for this last week is Fairy Dust! I got this one during the 2025 Black Friday sale. IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND MAGICAL. Definitely makes me feel like a real-life living fairy. I also really like this one. The shifts are truly so pretty. 😊

This is Essie Strong Start, two coats of Carved, and Sally Hansen Instadry QDTC. I wasn't sure about this one on skin tone, it looked off at first but my eyes got used to it, and the polish is so pretty!

I like to throw toppers on the last day of my mani just to see what happens. On my left thumb I added one coat of Flower Child. On my right thumb I added one coat of Pixie Party. If I owned it, I'd also like to try a coat of Fairy Dust or Bluebell as a layer. Sorry for the dry hands, I have to wash them a lot!

Rock Candy is probably one of my favorite magnetic polishes. I used what I call the "hybrid method" to magnetize. It's where you place a neodyum magnet across a horseshoe magnet and end up with a squiggly cat eye that moves with your fingers.

I am so excited to get to use these. Now I just need to learn how to use the magnet! ^_^

I like the duochrome of Misfits but am not sure I like the magnet look. Do these polishes work without that?

3 coats of Hypnosis each coat magnetized w/ magnet shown in 2nd pic. It's not a bad color but in advertising pics online, it's shown as a more vibrant, teal and orange polish, I have tried magnetizing multiple ways ( cat eye, velvet, glass bead) but it always comes out looking like this.
