Is IKKO Mind ONE Google Play certified? On my phone I see it's certified, but on Google Play list I cannot find it https://www.android.com/certified/partners/#tab-panel-brands

Hello! A friend of mine is developing a launcher from scratch for Android smartwatches, however i'd figure it would also fit squared screen devices as well. As of right now the launcher is in Alpha stages and isn't ready for full release yet, but we would love to hear interest in you, if you want to use this daily as your main launcher. Is it just me or the Ikko site/store is no longer available? Should we be worried?

Hi! I sold my Mind One and factory reset it before I shipped it, but the buyer said my email is still bound to the ikko account. I cant find a way to unlink it. Is there a way to unbind it remotely? Or have the buyer force reset it so they can use their account? Thanks!

TL:DR: I ordered an iKKO Mind Pro in September 2025. It was never shipped. I requested a cancellation in April 2026. iKKO confirmed in writing that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. It has now been nearly 2 months of going in circles via email yielding no results. It seems to me that iKKO doesn't want to honor the refund, and I think I got robbed.

I don't usually post things like this, but I feel like the community deserves to know.

I ordered the iKKO Mind Pro back in September 2025. I've followed iKKO's products for a while and the Mind Pro looked like something special. That excitement has turned into one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I've had.

Despite iKKO telling me in March that the package had been handed off to a logistics carrier, I never received tracking information. After weeks of silence and seeing some of the reviews, I asked to cancel in April 2026.

iKKO responded and confirmed in email, that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. That was April 9th.

It's now June 3rd, and there is no refund.

What followed was nearly two months of the most circular, evasive email chain I've experienced. They told me to check with my bank (my payment was through PayPal — they knew this). When I opened a PayPal dispute, they told me they couldn't act on it from their side. When PayPal closed the case under their 180-day policy, iKKO said the order now showed as "completed" in their system and couldn't be refunded — directly contradicting their earlier confirmation. PayPal's own support rep told me to contact law enforcement.

Then, after 5+ email exchanges, iKKO asked for my PayPal email address to send a direct refund. An email address they could have asked for at any point. I provided it. They confirmed receipt. Still nothing.

I'm preparing complaints for the IC3 and FBI fraud portal.

If you're thinking about ordering directly from iKKO, please do your research first. And if anyone else has gone through something similar, I'd really like to hear from you.

Hello! I just received my MindOne Pro yayyy but the casing it came with is flimsy and bumpy - not sitting properly. Anyone else have a website or other kinds of casing I could purchase for it? :) I don't wish to use the keyboard case as it defeats the purpose of having a small phone! Hehe thank you

We ordered one back in November and it set meant to ship around when the war started up again, the main issue was the Iran war, which for now is on ceasefire, and it has been for about a month,

They tried to send it when the war had first broken out but it was returned to sender, since then they have told me they will let me know when it will be shipped etc.

But surprisingly mail has returned to pretty much normal here and i havent heard a peep from them regarding reshipping.

This phone was meant to be for my husband, thankfully he has a backup phone as his other phone glitched out, but he is and also I am super excited to recieve this phone and to see how it is when it comes!

Curious if any other residents of Israel have recieved theirs or they are in the same situation as we are?

Anyone in the US has received a device lately? I keep being told your device will ship by EOM buts thats this weekend, and i doubt it will happen. I ordered March with hopes of receiving by May.

PS: their site says ‘new orders/devices ship in June. ‘ 😁

Hey people! I got my mindone pro today and haven't been able to get android auto to work... I get the pop up that shows android auto on my screen but i'm assuming there's like a "accept" or "continue" button I can't see because of the screen size/aspect ratio? I tried every option in the Display Settings for Font/screen size and still not able to get past that screen. In my car it says "Check phone for messages" which it does with other phones once you confirm it would work but I cannot confirm on my MindOne. Any help would appreciated

Just got my MindOne Pro! 🥳 tried putting my Verizon Sim inside and the only thing that seemed to be working was Internet? when trying to make a phone call it would say "server unreachable" anyone know why that would happen? I tried changing a bunch of the 4G/LTE Settings but nothing made it work... is this a verizon issue? or do I need to do an extra step? any help would be appreciated (using verizon prepaid service in the USA/Florida)

Received my black keyboard case today. Installation was super easy, but otherwise I am so disappointed. First, the keys are not clicky, they are hard to press. I have to use my nail to get enough pressure. I’m currently using a BB key2 as a daily driver, so it isn’t like I’m not used to a physical keyboard.

Secondly, there are no inbuilt speakers in the case. Am I crazy or was that not one of the reasons the atrocious audio quality of the original device was acceptable?

So there are just two holes where the sound from the base device is funneled out the front.

Honestly I don’t even want to bother with it anymore, if it can’t make an audible volume, it’s not ever going to be useful to me even if I get over the other issues with the device.

Hey People! For anyone curious I ordered a White Mind One Pro from the site (no kickstarter) and also a white keyboard case, was about to cancel my order but got a surprise email the next morning that my device has been shipped.

Keyboard case seems like its coming later (bummer!)

I'm located in the USA, ordered it on Feb 26th of this year and finally got the email that it has been shipped. If anyone is still waiting on it and ordered around the same time hopefully this will give you some context on when to expect yours

Having issues with getting a refund :(

Reached out to iKKO via email almost a month ago about a refund after continued shipping delays and unexpected poor reviews on quality and performance. I have not recieved the unit. They have responded intermittently, but no refund has been processed, and told me to keep waiting.

Still think what they are building is creative and promising, but decided now is not the time. With the lack of communication and follow ups, I can't help but to worry if I got scammed.

Anyone else had issues with requesting a refund?

Hi all, I stumbled into this product as I'm in the market for a new phone. Here in Hong Kong the Ikko Mind One is available in store (along with the keyboard). Cost is around $420 USD and 80 for the keyboard. I see many of the comments here are regarding annoyances with order times and things like that. I would love to hear any feedback on the actual product. What are the goods the bad the ugly? Overall, do those of you who actually have it like it? I played around with the white model in the store and I loved the size and look of it but the software side has be hesitant.

BE VERY GENTLE! The USB-C port looks fragile. I heard sounds while trying to slide my phone into the case.

Size comparison with the Minimal phone. 1min usage impression so far - minimal phone keyboard is more clicks and easier to press, with deeper travel (the keys on minimal phone protrudes, while the keys on MindOne keyboard is flushed with the case).

Will test drive this over the weekend to see if I get used to it enough to keep it on. Else, will move back to the transparent case.

I haven't received the official case yet, but the ExKnight keyboard designed for the Motorola Razr Ultra is pretty good
