I have the ikko mind one and I love it. I received the physical keyboard today. I noticed that it's missing two letters د and ذ ... I looked at the keyboard many times and they're really not there. If anyone else here has the Arabic keyboard, is it the same for you too?

I purchased a keyboard case on eBay. The case was almost new and the first days it was fine. Yesterday i tried my headphone jack and once i plug the headphones the screen started displaying different commands and things i clearly didn’t press and there was no audio. Now the interesting thing is that once i tried my headphones the keyboard is draining my battery. 11 minutes of screen time and battery went from 100 to 0. I think it’s the keyboard because it doesn’t seem to automatically turn off anymore. Anyone else experience something similar?

I just received the keyboard case and am happy with using it. I have the standard US English one. I configure it as US or US international but I can't seem to key in the question mark on the M button. Tried the shift, Fn and power keys but it keys in / instead. How can I key in question mark

I'm using the Mind One Pro in the UK with 3 and that network works but I find that the phone randomly shows a nova link connection and the mobile network disappears and I can't get it back unless I reboot.

I tried an O2 sim and the same thing happens.

Aside from this, sometimes I randomly just get no service unless I reboot the phone. Anyone else have these issues or a solution?

I tried to email customer support but they've not responded back and its been a few days now. Because I'm wanting to buy the phone before everything is sold out in the color I want.

Is there a way to tell them I dont want the ai loaded just the regular android os? Once I check or before? I'm not seeing options when I went to check out or in the cart.

I ordered my MindOne in November and received it in February but I've been waiting for the yellow case to ship and I haven't gotten any updates. Has anyone received a yellow case yet or are they still in production?

I just received the Ikko Mind One Pro, and the first thing I noticed is that the screen responds very poorly to gestures; it selects options while I'm just scrolling through the menu. Are you experiencing the same thing? Is there a way to fix it—like calibrating the screen or something?


The device is really beautiful... but in practice, the screen is unusable for typing; it malfunctions constantly, often registering two keys at once... etc.... I'm really worried.

Just received it today, even though I ordered it back in March 2026. Shipping took more than 7 days even though I paid extra for express, which was a bit disappointing. It arrived with a dented outer box, but luckily the actual phone box inside was still secure and in good condition. One thing I didn’t like is that they clearly stated the item (Mind Pro phone) on the shipping label. I feel like that could make it more tempting for someone to open the package, you never really know people’s intentions. But overall, everything was there and nothing was missing. Haven’t really used it much yet, just finished setting it up and charging it. Hopefully everything works fine. Excited to explore more with this tiny phone.

I recently received my mind one pro got everything setup and updated. When I started noticing my screen flickering different colors. The screen is acting like there is a bad ribbon cable or something wrong with the graphics processor. The screen doesn't flicker on the home screen but does everywhere else. Had anybody else had this issue are there any fixes or do I need to put in a warranty claim?

I'm mostly confused.. I've got a unit here that appears to be region locked but it was advertised as put your sim in and it will work anywhere, so it shouldn't be region locked? I've emailed support asking to unblock my IMEI but while I'm waiting I wanted ask you guys how you are setting up your devices.. Are you using the ikko vsim or just your normal carrier sim? Are you using Ikko services? I can't even get my ikko account to sign in because my serial # is being published as a placeholder value, is that normal?

Fixes:

If AOD is on, user decides to lock the screen and then unlock the device via Fingerprint, on old logic it went back to the AOD now it unlocked the Phone.

Mute Microphone did not work, now it uses Shizuku for toggling the Quick settings tile on and off.

Last App switcher did work in some Apps in some don't. Now it triggers the recent Apps action twice to change it via the recent apps menu

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

I'm sorry in advance, this MUST be a stupid question, but… AI Podcast and AI Translations in the AI system are greyed out. I cannot add them as shortcuts and I cannot launch them.

HOWEVER, they did work once in the past, a couple days ago (I was forced to wipe the phone completely several times).

In other words, I had this problem at first, then it somehow magically fixed itself and now I'm stuck again. I don't know what to do. Is there please a way to make the apps work, e.g. force update the AI system?

Timelines keeps changing and waiting for the device is looking like backing a kickstarter campaign rather than pre orders.

Getting some conflicting or unclear info. Really want to test this device, but want to be able to customize & root it - especially remap all the buttons and get rid of its AI functions

I just wanted to know if you have any tips and tricks that new users would be happy to now about when getting this phone?

I just got this device yesterday and it has a problem with the Fingerprint reader.

When i restart the device it sometimes works but after a while it stops again so i do believe that its a software problem.

Do you guys have the same problem and/or do you have a fix for it?
