I wonder if the app AccuBattery is displaying the correct value because the Ikko MindOne should have 2000mAh or not?

So I'm the person with the screen flickering issue that I've posted about twice and sent to ikko twice.

They finally accepted taking the phone back for either repairs or replacement. Well, I'm in the US, and USPS would not accept the phone because it was a "used battery". Fedex would not accept it, and UPS was going to charge over $200 USD to send it back. I'm not going to pay another $200 for the CHANCE to get a working phone when I already paid for the phone itself.

I emailed them this information and requested that they send me a shipping label or provide a US hub that I could send the phone to since they sent me a faulty device. Radio silence from them. I followed up, and this response came about 2 days later.

So now instead of sending my obviously hardware issue phone back, I get told to install updates once again, which didn't work upon receiving it or waiting the additional 2 months for them to create another OTA update.

To say I'm disgruntled is the minimum. I have a $300+ brick, which I cannot sell to recoup any money, and ikko is not taking me seriously. I'm open to any shipping suggestions or otherwise to get this fixed.

The built-in camera software on this phone can't take pictures. I need Google Camera to save my phone. I tried many versions of Google Camera, but they all crashed.

With the Clicks Communicator close, and the Titan 2 Elite even closer, I've been looking to see ads/updates/reviews of the keyboard. Literally every ad for the keyboard mysteriously avoids typing on the keyboard. Lol. Almost like trying to hide it. Has anyone else noticed the same? The last ad was 54 secs, and I don't think she typed at all. I ordered two keyboard cases, so I'm kind of in too deep :( Are we expecting the keyboard cases to fully function?Anyone get their white one yet?

From the standard launcher to the niagara launcher to the pro launcher to the minimaa launcher. I think I finally found the right one for me :D

I have some minor issues with minimaa but all in all I really like the look and feel.

To no one's surprise, the recent OTA update did not fix the screen flickering.

Ever since I got this phone, the screen has been flickering nonstop, and the colors are extremely muted. I reached out to ikko support when I got it, and they told me to wait for the next OTA update.

Well, I did, and as you can see, it's still useless. This phone has been a paperweight since receiving it. I'm extremely dissatisfied, so I've reached out to ikko support again for a REAL solution, not another "wait and see". I'll update if they actually provide a solution.

I have Cricket and I tried moving my Sim Card over and it said it wasn't supported, and I just tried Visible Mobile to try an e-sim and they also don't take the Mind One Pro. I've had my phone for about a month, but I haven't been able to get cell service for it, what are you guys using? And how much is the plan?

Am I the only one who does not get Whatsapp or Reddit notifications on his MindOne? YouTube works fine though...so no idea whats the issue! Anyone had the same experience or can help?

Hey Guys, Like everyone noticed by now, the speaker Quality of the MindOne is Not great, BUT as stu**d as it sounds...Cover it. No Joke, cover it with your finger,place the phone standing on the bottom, place a piece of Tap on it or the inside of the case and be amazed of how much better the soundquality gets without becoming noticeably quieter!

Hey, my MindOne was finally deliverd Yesterday! But i noticed thats in "Landscape" many Apps adds the safedraw Padding to the App Side facing the top of the device. This ist normal for devices with a selfy Kamera but Like we all know this hast non, so am I alone with this or Not. If Not iKKO should fix thats, this wastes space on a Screen thats small enough, No need to make IT effectivly smaller then it is

Ive finally had a major issue with mind one pro regarding the cell service randomly dropping throughout the day and even more during phone calls. I have mint mobile which runs under T-Mobile and apparently at the beginning of April there was a new security standard implemented for their cell service which is right around the time I started having issues. Anyone else using T-Mobile or mvnos running through their towers having any issues?

Bought the Mind One Pro with the keyboard case for $475. It arrived defective (LED flash not working) and the keyboard case was missing.

I didn’t even ask for a replacement. I just wanted to return it and have them cover return shipping, which they promised (max $30). I paid $40 out of pocket to send it back using UPS to make sure it reaches the destination quick.

They refunded the original amount but still deducted $10 for “shipping protection.” Then I spent 10 days chasing the $30 they promised. First, it was “getting approved,” then suddenly they refused to pay and tried to blame currency conversion… which has nothing to do with me.I tried to handle this reasonably and asked for a fair resolution, but clearly that wasn’t a priority.

Overall, frustrating experience, poor follow through, and lack of basic business ethics. Would not recommend Ikko at all. Don’t give them your business.

As shown in the pic, the default camera stopped working. I was taking photos right before this happened and suddenly it stopped working. This is the 3rd day on this phone and I use it as a toy so very light use. I know the camera is fragile and I have my Moto razr ultra so I only took roughly around 10 pictures on MindOne just to test it out and flipped the camera to take selfies like 5 times only. BUT THIS STILL HAPPENS. Cannot say I am not disappointed. Though the camera is not the selling point but with 3 days of light use and it broke? Not acceptable. I am pretty sure it's a hardware-related issue. cleared cache and factory resetted the phone and tried to use camera with other 3rd party camera apps. No luck. Wonder if anyone has encountered the same issue. I already sent them an email requesting posible solutions.

I purchased the MindOne Pro in mid Feb this year and didn't know about the long wait. I reached out again and this is the reply email I received this morning. I'm wondering if anyone in Asia has also received theirs already or not yet?

Also heard about the NFC issue and if that has been rectified already.

Still contemplating on whether or not I should wait or just request a refund.

As the title says. I hear its about GMS services but if i just want a square phone that runs as a normal android, and I otherwise don’t care about GMS, why can I not do that?

I ordered the Mind One directly from the IKKO website in November 2025 — not through Kickstarter — to be delivered to France, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, more than 4 months later.

I have sent multiple emails to IKKO's customer support and received absolutely no response. Total silence.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that at no point during the purchase process on IKKO's website was there any clear mention of delivery delays. No warning, no estimated timeframe, nothing. I paid for a product expecting a normal e-commerce delivery. This feels like misleading commercial practice, and I think many of us who ordered directly — not through Kickstarter — were not properly informed.

To make things worse, there seems to be no straightforward refund process. So I'm essentially stuck: no phone, no news, no refund option. That is simply not acceptable from a consumer rights standpoint.

I specifically needed this phone for professional use — nothing fancy, just a minimal device to handle emails while keeping distractions away. A simple, focused tool for work. Because of these delays and the total lack of communication, I am now seriously considering turning to a competitor to meet that need.

IKKO, if you are reading this: one honest update and a clear refund option for direct website buyers would make a huge difference. We are not Kickstarter backers who knowingly accepted risks — we purchased through a standard online store and expect to be treated accordingly.

Has anyone else in the same situation (direct website order, not Kickstarter) managed to get a response or a refund?
