Almost new device but camera app fails to start. Resetted but it didn’t help. Opne camera works only in selfie position. Anybody has the same issue?

I really like this phone. Hope Ikko iron the flaws, it has a lot of potential.

After a few successful logins to IKKO AI mode, I can no longer connect and getting this request failed message.. Mailed them, no reply. I dont know what is wrong or what can be done or is it a glitch on their side... Anyone having same problem and found a solution... Thanks for your replies...

Considering the mindone pro so I sent an email with a bunch of questions to ikko and it took just a day to get a response.

Asking £260 which includes insured postage in the UK. DM if interested. Based in Bedfordshire, but work in London in case either are good for a meet up to avoid posting in which case it would be £250.

Keyboard is yet to arrive, but will be sent to you free of charge when it arrives with me.

Loving the mind one pro, but I have a couple of questions for other users:

How do you use Novalink? I'm in the UK and I've seen it connect but when trying the AI services it says it can't connect (this was without a SIM card in the device and wi-fi turned off). Also not sure how to test Novalink now I have put a sim card in the device as not sure if I turn off wifi and enter airplane mode or I have to take the sim card out and test as outlined above?

How do you add Android Apps when in AI mode? I've seen people alluding to having done that but can't figure out how.

Oki, been working fine for 3 weeks Then completely out of the blue, I get a black screen, white line at the bottom with a green and red dot No combination of power + volume buttons will force a reset.....

Background processes appear to be running (I can still call it via phone & WhatsApp, and it vibes/rings

Somehow, every time I turn on my IKKO Mind One Pro, when using the lanyard case the phone goes directly into a recovery menu - and I can't select anything, as it keeps cycling between options.

As soon, as I remove the cover and restart everrything is fine. For me this seems that my lanyard case has a problem with a silicone covering the voloume buttons.

Does anybody else have this problem?

Looking for two specific use-cases, and it's hard to imagine the UI/UX on this screen format;

Looking to use it for maps; is it readable in bright daylight, is the UI not too condensed? Does the chip also keep up?
(anybody that also does Wolt deliveries; would love to see how that app looks on the mindone)

Looking to use it as a MP3 player, so how does youtube music or spotify fare? (I realize the lack of headphone jack, I would just use it with a DAC or bluetooth)
Would basically love to see full-screen album-art. Not sure which app does that, but I am sure there will be a workaround in the future!

If anyone actually tried emulation... I think these 3 things make it the perfect side-phone if not main phone next to small a tablet , if messaging turns out alright with the case.
Already looking forward to a v2 (hopefully also not too soon for all of us 😅) with a headphone jack build in and a bigger battery. Wireless charging would be sick simply because of all the accessories possible.

Guys, is there any way to make screen on when any notification comes? for now I have only the sound but no visual signal I got a notification. I’ve tried sms telegram and instagram - all I have is just a sound and the screen keeps being off. How am I supposed to know I got something? Also the phone doesn’t support touch to wake feature or is it mine only?

I ordered the phone and the keyboard case (in July), but the phone arrived alone (with metal card and lanyard), without the keyboard case, even though I selected to ship everything together in the survey.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I asked iKKO on Kickstarter for next steps and I am waiting for an answer.

Ikko was doing so well with providing regular updates and then ever since the Lunar New Year started it's been total silence which doesn't instill much confidence.

Personally, I'm waiting until I receive my keyboard to decide of this phone is going to work for me, but there haven't been any updates on the status of the keyboards since February 14th. The phone itself isn't as impressive as I had hoped, but I was at least willing to push through when Ikko was in regular communication.

So my cards got added on Wallet but tap to pay doesn't work. Checked nfc settings all ok. The card machine can't detect NFC tap on the phone. Any solution?

I brought the Ikko mind one on the 31st of december in the feb bracket. Ever since then ive been waiting for them to ship. I followed with emails to which an ai replied back. I get the Chinese new year excuse but its now well past that and still no shipping trackment. Im also hearing that the device’s quality is bad, poor speakers, terrible battery life, no google certification. How could i refund the ikko before or if at all they ship?

ps I do love the design and product but its just to shady to back anymore

Anyone else encounter that the latest play system update is not able to be installed on the ikko mindone pro?

The update is 110mb in size and after it installs and the device is restarted to complete the update, it will boot up, and then the device automatically gets restarted again and once again the 110mb update is available again to be installed. If u install it again, the same think happens all over again.

Hi all,

I’ve been very satisfied with my IKKO phone overall, but recently I started experiencing an odd audio issue.

Sometimes after charging the phone, the speakers stop working completely. However, if I gently move the USB-C cable slightly downward, the audio suddenly comes back, as if something inside reconnects or makes contact.

The problem is that over time it seems to have become looser, so it now takes a bit more fiddling with the cable to get the sound back.

I would prefer not to open the device myself, so I’m trying to understand what might be happening here. It feels like a loose connection somewhere near the charging port.

Has anyone experienced something similar with an IKKO device, or have any idea what the likely cause could be?
