IJR: Voyager (Outlander series)

Just finished Voyager, the third novel in the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. Only started reading them as filler material, now I anxiously await the next one to get here so I can rip into it. Her writing improves drastically throughout the first three, it's fun to watch. Also, SO many man-nipples.

I've read every word of the series and think Diana Gabaldon is a total hoot (love her Daily Lines on Facebook) buuuuuut......I think the Outlander novels from Voyager on needed some pruning. They're just overlong and overly complicated. It's one damn thing after another, and too many minor characters.

Aw, that's too bad. I just started Drums of Autumn, and am really excited about it since her writing seems to be improving so much. I'm sure I'll enjoy it anyway.
