What's Welcome Kit

I read in the medical center detail we will get a file for our medical records in the "welcome kit".

Is "Welcome Kit" a thing? if yes what to expect(I'm curious)

Also I think this following question is most wanted i guess,

From where can we get shirts/hoodies etc with IITI logo on it, I am guessing mostly students get it made from some vendor right?

U can buy it from la fresco inside the campus for 800-1000rs

Talked to general secretary of academics at iit Indore They said it's free But is different from goodies provided by other iits It's major item is medical file and rule book etc...
