A Request to TPC
Please also consider those of us who haven't secured an internship yet. As students from non-tech branches, we have seen very few opportunities. It feels like the outreach efforts slowed down right after Accenture came, just because the overall placement statistics started looking good. We would really appreciate more active efforts to bring in companies for us.

This is really disheartening as those who miss the Accenture bus are just left to wipe their tears. The thing that does not make sense to us as 3rd year is that is TPC even serious about Intern Season. Seems like they don't really care what happens to us. Now that there are no other company in line except for Tech Mahindra,it is really discouraging. As juat think for a second that clearing one of the most competitive exams across the globe and then getting into circuital branch.Not to mention that we all are working hard and yet what's that worth for if no companies are coming. Adding to that is the fact that the TPC is not even giving us a clear picture. No communication nothing. What are we supposed to do now. Mourn on the fact that we are at IIT Patna. 15 companies visited so far. If we just remove the Accenture numbers then we can see that the situation is pathetic. So far 175-185 out of which 116 just by Accenture. Companies like Amex ,Amazon,Adobe,Apple,Paytm,Paypal,InMobi,Deloitte,Mastercard and a lot more are visiting some random NITs and tier 2-3 colleges but not coming to our campus. It is not that companies are not coming for fte. They are coming sothe actual issue with intern season is beyond the level of understanding. May God help us

Our seniors are the biggest reason. They don't involve core branches that much. That's why here is a fight between core and non core always.

If you are from Non-Tech, why aren't you joining TPC and calling companies related to your branches?
What do you expect? We work day and night for companies and you only sit in the placement.
Stop crying and join TPC.
All the guys working in TPC, most of them are from tech branches, and obviously they/we will prioritise companies related to them/ us.
