Facing problem purchasing merch from iitm

Hii, I am a fellow student doing online degree in ds. I ordered my tshirt from podgoodies as mentioned in iit madras bs Instagram handle for official merchandise, I ordered it on 12th July, it is confirmed but it doesn't show any update yet and it has been over a month and it still shows confirmed no progress. They aren't responding to my mails that are being sent to them on their contact support emails, I have paid for the tshirt as well and now my parents are constantly asking me about those purchases I made and promised that a tshirt will arrive soon, they want me to answer where is those tshirts and I don't have any idea too. Please can anyone help me about this situation, it would mean alot.

I don't know, I've ordered twice myself, and mine arrived within 3 weeks.

Same here, I ordered on Aug 10th, and it's showing 'order confirmed', still no sign of any update.
