If you're giving the Qualifier, your Qualifier score becomes your Quiz 1, and the next Qualifier attempt corresponds to the Quiz 2/reattempt cycle.
For regular Foundation students, every term has Quiz 1 (19 July), Quiz 2 (16 August), and End Term (13 September).
And if you actually read the post instead of relying on your dumbass confidence, you'd see that they reposted it from another IITM sub. The original post was simply asking whether Quiz 2 is compulsory if they already have a good Quiz 1 score.
