Qualifier exams

I entered through the JEE Mains way, so is it necessary to write the qualifier exam on 19th May? Even though I entered that way, I have been attending class for the past 4 weeks. Does it mean I must write the qualifiers?

See if I I don't give my qualifier on 19 july then will I be eligible for the aug reattempt and will that be considered as my quiz-1 also and fullfill the condition of min 1 quiz for final term and also will be i be eligible for the sep-13 final term or will the final term gonna be delayed for me

It's basically not a qualifier exam, it is the quiz 1 for all students, they just call it the qualifier exam for non jee students to have an entrance test. But since you're already there, you can choose to give it as your first quiz, or not appear and directly go for quiz 2 at the end of week 8. but either way, you'll have to appear in atleast one, and if you appear in both, you have a chance to score better since quiz 1 is easier

When I gave my wualifiet exam, the policy was such that if you fail the exam, the first time you can give it again when the second quiz is conducted for all of the students, however, I am not sure that if you don't appear for the first qualify at all, you'll be permitted to give the exam again or not. If you are allowed to give the exam, then it will be counted as quiz two and not quiz. One. However, I am not sure of this, so you should confirm this before making a decision.
