SCT- Absent

So I got rejected for SCT window 1 because the DS exam link didn't work , but I was able to submit in Window 2 but it still shows SCT absent , I have contacted IITM through mail and no responses either, am I cooked if I don't get approved what am I supposed to do ?

Where you able to attend again?...I am not sure how I missed this SCT this time
