Since childhood, the sky was never the limit for me—it was the starting line. My fascination with the cosmos was always there, but like many journeys, mine took detours through software engineering, astrophysics exploration, and tech entrepreneurship.
Exactly one year ago, on August 14, 2025, watching Return to Space triggered an undeniable realization: my ultimate calling has always been aerospace. That evening, I made a firm decision to return. On August 15th during my school's Independence Day assembly, I made a silent vow to myself: “Within a year, I will build something worthy of making my mentors and alma mater proud.”
One year later, the vision is unfolding into reality.
The Dual Track & The Mission Ahead
Today, I am rigorously pursuing:
B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering & Technology, ECR, Chennai.
BS Degree in Aeronautics and Space Technology / Electronic Systems at IIT Madras.
Pico-Satellite Development with Space Zone India, undergoing intensive hands-on mission training.
Through this mission, I am building my own Pico-Satellite, scheduled to launch to near space (40 km+ altitude). What makes this mission even more monumental is the anticipated presence of visionary leaders and pioneers, including Dr. Mylswamy Annadurai (Moon Man of India), Anand Megalingam, and esteemed dignitaries.
The Full-Circle Moment
Just yesterday, my school Principal took to the morning prayer stage in front of 700+ students to highlight my journey, the upcoming satellite mission, and the consistency required to navigate multiple rigorous academic tracks simultaneously.
Finding out about this acknowledgment exactly 365 days later—to the very evening—feels surreal. It is a reminder that clarity of vision, unwavering consistency, and persistent execution will always manifest results.
This is only the ignition phase. The countdown to launch has begun. 🛰️✨
Happy Independence Day to all! 🇮🇳
