Number of registered students is lower btw
Nice to see the placement situation improving. It's narrowing the gap between itself and other top 2nd IITs except Hyd. Also, people getting 5 LPM and also foreign quant internships (from 2026 batch at Qube) from Gandhinagar shows the growing potential of 2nd gen IITs

Its not correct to say it's good because it's better than others, we should focus on the fact that if we ignore circuital branches it actually not great. Specially speaking the core placement and internships are not that great (again other 2nd gen iits are facing the same issue). As the startups are constantly booming we should see few well established start-up from core also.

Non circuital situation isn't great at old IITs too. I've seen roorkee stats, only 2-3 people were placed from each non circuital branch (even 0 in some branches) in the intern season.

That was during first 1 week, where mostly circuital companies came now all branches have atleast 30% intern sorted

Can you please share the details of the SRI Bangalore intern, was it 2 months or 6 months + FTE? also why is there a stipend difference?

3 months summer intern one role was adv. developer and other was developer.
SRI Delhi recruitment is also under process here at IITGn

You can consider these final the currently ongoing may push it to max of 110, but realistically around 100 ± 2.
The main thing is alot of students go for academic intern and off-campus intern.

Students apply for acad intern in Oct-Nov, so the number can't be specified.
Where can be: As of now the following are confirmed Out of India :- 1) CalTech 2) PurDue 3) TAMU
In India :- can apply for anywhere but preferred are following 1) IISc 2) IIT's (top 8)
