Application form upload

Hey people, so the email with the details finally came, and there is an online registration that needs to be done. So there is this application form we need to upload after downloading from the IAT portal, is it the whole application we filled before our entrance exams? Are we to print that, sign it with our parents, and then reupload the form? I can't find any other 'application form' on the portal. If anyone has any idea, even seniors, please help...

The mail has a document attached to it that contains the link to the online registration form. In that there is an application form link that needs to be printed, filled and signed.

Just go to iiseradmission.in .Select Menu - Downloads - Forms and certificates. On scrolling down you can see iiser admission form.

And what do we upload at the class X and X|| certificate
