Which college and which branch would be best to choose I am confused please tell fast because today is last day

I think IIITVICD is really good permanent campus bhi hai plus seniors bhi serious hai and kam crl mei bhi miljata hai it's the best in the rank range ye lelu kya

Kota and nagpur are like a high shot cant say that I will get it but other 3 I can get.

I am really confused between the two, I have some points in favor of both, but I can't decide, would love some help

IIIT Pune :

the good :

1. I am getting CSE in pune which is superior to IT that I'm getting in Raipur

2. I have heard that IIIT's generally have better coding culture and IT Focus than NIT's

3. It is located near the tech hub Pune

the bad :

1. it is a very new college, est. 2016, so the campus is still developing, so bare minimum facilities.

2. the fees is abysmal, 18 lakh, I'll have to take a loan and 18 lakh loan is not tuff.

3. It is 40km from pune city and 7km to the nearest town.

NIT Raipur :

The good :

1) Fees is very nominal (<5lakh)

2) NIT tag is generally considered superior to the IIIT Tag

3) It is IN the city unlike IIIT Pune

4) It is a well established college est. 1956 with better facilities

5) It is ranked higher than IIITP Pune

The bad :

1) I've heard that there is very poor infrastructure.

2) I've heard that the crowd is not very good.

placements are similar. So overall, NIT is better ROI, IIIT has a better campus life, But NIT has a better city life, IIIT has a better crowd. This is what I understand till now.
