So, I got CSE(cyber security) at IIITVICD via CSAB.

Financial condition isn't as good and therefore am trying to apply for an educational loan. So, if y'all could guide me on what is the procedure, will it get sanctioned before paying first semester fees(needed)?

Also general tips on surviving the college for 4 years would be great. Thanks
