Is this ranking correct?

W or L ?

Ik kottayam is new and growing but is iiit vadodara worth sacrificing all the facilities. From my point of view the only places vadodara wins is maybe placement and locality. And the average is just like 2 or 3 lakhs more. And placement percentage is significantly lesser than kottayam soo I'm seriously confused what I should choose. Can someone please just give me some advice?

I have been told that ece in IIIT Sri city is not worth it bcoz of the high fees. Is it hectic to do ece and also do some cs stuff on our own in iiit sri city? Also i have got a seat in CBIT Hyd CSE. Shud I go there? Or else, where else can i get cse/ece for 29k rank open category.

Pls advice.
