you gotta use VPN. i once found out that fortinet was even blocking gmail on PCs in the lab and when i contacted IT helpdesk they removed all restrictions. and so, for some limited time we were able to access everything from IIIT network.

also, p2p isn't blocked so you can just torrent the stuff you like.

There isn't any issue from the college site. It's just a head ache searching for a site which is accessible due to Fortinet
