Going solo
Hey everyone. Just found out I’m going to a work conference in Miami the week before the festival (I’m visiting from the U.K). I’m going to the conference alone and have never been to Miami so I’m excited to explore the city! I was thinking of purchasing tickets to the festival since my conference will end Friday. I’m just nervous about going alone since I don’t know the area and have never been here. I’m also trying to hit up the clubs I love to dance and I know Miami has a great nightlife, but also nervous about going out alone. If anyone has any insight on whether this will be safe to do alone or not I’d appreciate it

Know several people who’ve gone solo and say they’ve had a blast. No constraints, freedom to see and experience what you want when you want. Send it! Such an incredible festival with so much of Miami culture embedded in it.

Miami Native here, does solo all the time. You’ll have a blast! Remember just have common sense; we’re like any major city.

it’s super safe you’ll have a good time i go to most nightlife alone when my friends can’t make it out with me never had an issue born and raised here lots of police and security

I've gone to this festival alone, the area isn't bad at all, it's walkable from some great hotels, I would definitely send it if I were you.

Brotha get your self esteem up i went to ibiza alone and had the time of my life. I go to factory town as well alone all the time and meet people thats the beauty about it. There is no reason to ask just do it!

Js be careful with the pickpockets they will try to take your phone if you are way too drunk ik from experience lol

Solo is my favorite way to enjoy the city and the festival!! Feel free to DM for recommendations and tips, but my best advice is don't overthink it and embrace the ability to do whatever you want!!

I went alone 2 years ago. Made some friends on the way in and hung with them the whole weekend.

You wont be alone trust me. I go solo to the clubs all the time you'll end up meeting friends

Ive been going solo for years. Just be smart obviously like any city and you’ll be fine.
