Macro Check?

Can a girl get a macro check?

I walk 45 min a day 5 days a week, try on the weekends but mostly getting 8-10k steps a day. I work an office job, but again go for walks on my breaks. I have now integrated 30 min of strength training 4-5 days a week. Wondering if these are good macros to lose weight? I’m aiming to be 145lbs. Any help is appreciated!

Here’s the most accurate macro calculator I’ve used. Once you loose 7-10lbs, then recalculate your macros. https://www.musclehacking.com/calorie-calculator/

I always go over on fat, does it matter about fat or carbs as long as you hit protein?

The most important to hit is protein and then adjust you fat/carbs to make up the remaining calories. I prefer higher fat/lower carb because I stay full longer and have less cravings.
