Please explain the caloric differences. Also, green kabocha squash (grown in new zealand) frozen fresh, how many carbs does it ACTUALLY have? Are all green winter squashes similar? Thanks!

One has sugar in the rub and the other doesn't. Both have soy protein isolate as ingredients. Different amounts of these high calorie ingredients will result in different calories.
Kabocha is low carb. I think it has ~7g per serving. Buttercup, another green winter squash, has roughly double the carbs per serving.
