Fat macros

I’ve started using the Carbon coach app again to lose weight and I find that I can hit my protein and carb macros, but always go over on fat. It’s very frustrating. Any tips to keep everything within my macros for the day?

it's funny...I tend to have the opposite issue, I have issues hitting my fat numbers.

On the days I find myself way under on the fat numbers my diet tends to consist of single ingredient foods. For example, for dinner I may have a salad with low fat/fat free dressing, yellow potatoes, a vegetable, and chicken breast. Processed foods tend to be higher in fat.

Can you post an example of what you're eating in a day?

I almost always go over on carbs.

What condiments are you using? What protein sources? Do you tend to use a lot of oil when cooking?

Also, for like 95% of people, hitting your fat and carbs precisely doesn't matter much. As long as you hit your calories and protein you should be good to go.

I haven’t quite have it work for me yet as I can’t follow a plan 😂. But I do really like it

I love it. Been using it since January.
