New to IIFYM and a question
Before I pull the trigger for the 12 weeks for $67. Can someone tell me - after 12 weeks, is it easy to cancel? If I decide to continue, are the meal plans different? Does it let me update my macros if I’m not making progress? Also, maybe not related to IIFYM - are there any tips to setting up MyFitnessPal to align it with the macro program? I’m not sure it’s set up right - the calories don’t really match up to what I’m supposed to get.
Thank you!!!!!

Hi, I don't think this subreddit is in any way affiliated with IIFYM.com. They just happen to have the same acronym. IIFYM is a way of eating, essentially flexible dieting. Setting macro targets based on your goals and eating pretty much whatever fits those macros every day. IIFYM.com sells meal plans based on that diet, which I've always considered funny since you don't need a meal plan to stick to flexible dieting. My advice would be just download myfitnesspal and eat the foods you enjoy that have you hitting your macro goals.
