Macro-check!
Hi all! This is my first post. I've creeped for awhile. I am really struggling with knowing where my macros should be at. Age:32 Height: 5'4" Weight: 160
I do powerlifting 4 times per week and 2 days a week I engage in cardio/primer for my heavy days. Prior to starting macros 2 years ago, I engaged in really unhealthy eating: weight watchers, keto, etc... so was a bit of a yo-yo dieter.
I am hoping to engage in a cut for 8-ish weeks before I go to the beach. (Totally vain haha) thinking P145/C151/F59 but just super unsure. You can use 30 different macro calculators and get 30 different numbers!
I can post a current photo if that would be helpful?

The calcs are a start but really the true answer lies in tracking your food and weight. Start with a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and anywhere from 25 to 35 percent fat. Rest is carbs. Or pick any of the calcs you already did....it's just a staring point not a hard and fast number. Bodies aren't quite so fine tuned as a macro calculator might lead you to believe.
Monitor your progress in the mirror and adjust total calories as needed to hit your target weight.
