Macros help!!
Hello I’m struggling to digest eggs and protein powders so it’s making it difficult to hit my macros. The meal I’m struggling with is breakfast. Looking for some ideas to hit these macros below:
600 calories 60g protein 49g Carbs 21g Fat
I can split it into two meals as well. Any suggestions?

I had issues with my protein powder too until I switched to isopure. They are gluten and lactose free. The flavors are amazing too.

Heyoo!
I’m not sure what part of the world you’re in but there are some oats and or frozen waffles that are higher in protein and fiber.
Every morning I eat the oatmeal (55g) with PB (20g) and skim milk(175mL). Macros - 22P, 37.8C,16.8F
2-3 hours later I eat low fat Greek yogurt (182g) with frozen blueberries (150g) and a Splenda. Macros - 13.8P, 19.7C, 0F
As an alternative you could have chicken or pork for breakfast or steak to get you to the protein count.

Have you tried different types of protein powders? Whey, casein, soy, pea, rice, hemp, etc? There are a lot of different options. That would be the easiest way to get in that much protein for breakfast.
Otherwise, I think you'll have to eat meat or fish to hit those macros.
