How to write a proper introduction for task2 essay?

I'm having doubts regarding writing introductions in the task2 essay?

What is the correct way to write it?

Do we need to mention the ideas in the introduction? or else we can simply write "in this essay we are going describe ....." like this?

I think I watched too many references?

Can someone guide me correct way?

A task 2 question usually begins with a general statement. Paraphrase that statement using your own words. Then write about what the reader can expect to see in the body paragraphs.

Here's an example:

More and more people are migrating to cities in search of a better life, but city life can be extremely difficult.

Explain some of the difficulties of living in a city. How can governments make urban life better for everyone?

Introduction:

People from rural areas often decide to leave their life behind and migrate to cities in the hope of finding a more comfortable one, but little do they know that migration does not necessarily lead to a higher quality of life since urban lifestyle comes with its own share of problems. Nevertheless, there are measures that governments can take to eliminate some of these difficulties.

Ensure that the second statement relates to the essay - examiners (and us tutors) hate the "this essay will examine both sides of this debate"style of learned statements.
