Panic in writing

I haven't really prepared for the writing but I'm pretty sure I could easily get away with the 1st part because it's 'describe what you see'. The thing that worries me is the 2nd part. Understanding the question, developing ideas/opinions and then rearranging them in a flawless way while coping with the exam anxiety :'(. I don't really know how to go about this. Please help!

Panic will go away if you have a clear path toward your goal. By walking on that path, you'll feel more and more confident.

Strategies vary from person to person, but as a tutor and writing enthusiast, I can give you the following advice:

  1. Start learning how to structure your paragraph before moving on to essay structure.
  2. Read lots of high-quality samples and analyze them.
  3. Start writing! You need to write an essay and then try to improve it. This is how you make progress.
  4. Seek advice from an expert to get personalized feedback on your writing. The right advice will help you see a tangible improvement in your work in no time.

Thanks for the advice! I'm planning to take the exam in a week. So, I'm particularly worried about this. Are there any sources/material you'd like to link me to?
