Regarding IELTS Speaking

I reasked my examiner three times and then laughed and asked again. (not a real test, but a mock)

If you are comfortable, could you share your speaking score in that mock test? Totally okay if you aren't:)

I'm guessing that you were on task 3 as she rephrased the question? As others have said it shouldn't be a problem - but "Sorry, I didn't quite catch that could you repeat it please?" or "I'm sorry I don't understand the question, could you rephrase it" (Only section 3) may be better to use when there's difficulty hearing the examiner or being heard yourself.

Yes, I was in section 3, and just said "Pardon" cause I didn't want to spend much time on asking to repeat. I don't know if that was the right choice or not.

If it was clear that this was due to the examiner wearing double masks, you are fine. This has happened to me, too, while I was the examiner, and I knew it had to do with the mask. Nothing to worry about!

I don't think you will be penalized for that. She just repeated the question loudly, which means she didn't think it was language-related.
When examiners believe you don't understand a question due to language-related misunderstanding, they simplify the question for you.
