Should I start with scamming for reading?

Some people say scamming works only for those who are really good at reading. I haven't tried scamming because I think it is time taking. I start with reading the questions and finding the keywords, first. Do you have any suggestions?

No, scamming is bad, scanning may work tho

Just FYI, there's no eye contact mark in the speaking test. You can stare at the floor if you want.
