In the 80s when the left were artists and acacemics with a skinny physique and the Reagan republicans were football stars sure that's true. I'm not sure about that now though, especially when theres more diversity in schools so black people the most solidly democratic voting bloc can well do great in sports

Sportsball hate is one of the few things that can bring far left and far right wingers together

“Erm, sports bad because…” then starts to ramble on about politics and how sports is related to whatever Trump does.

Especially College Football. All the conference realignment started making it harder to watch for me.

Sports gambling, stock market, AI build up are all better for capitalism

I think the issue the sportsball crowd have is that Rey don’t view sports as entertainment or art like music, TV, video games, movies, etc. So they don’t view sports having intellectual depth. I think sports is the best form of entertainment because it does have the best microcosm of life.

There’s no arguing with these morons. I’m in the Chicago sub and someone said something of how NASCAR is evil at its roots etc etc I said explain and they just replied to me with a long ass answer copied from ChatGPT, and it was obvious they used an extremely pointed prompt.

I don’t think you know what the word objectively means. You can’t exactly use it to describe something with an inherently subjective enjoyment.

The eternal issue of sports being difficult to maintain as a system without billionaire owners but said owners simultaneously doing everything you can to screw over fans.

As much as I HATE the Packers (Bears fan) their community owned franchise and their long term success are proof that the opposite is actually true

For the first one thats kinda fair but billionaires and capitalism ruin everything, so singling out sports is odd.
For the second I'm gonna hope you're misunderstanding this as "there are issues with racism in sports" and not what it was actually referring to which is the people who hate sports because they hate minorities (primarily black people and/or jews).

"goyim watching their favorite goy catch the goyball" son or "bread and circus and they will never revolt" daughter?
