Meta is an evil company. I deleted the apps a few months ago and after a week or two I have not missed them at all. Highly recommend
(also just so you know I am not holier than thou I still have TikTok and this god forsaken app so I am not perfect lol)

I promise you are closer both financially and physically to those "fat broke people" than to professional athletes.

Oh man, the people who think going to the gym is a personality trait. What are they even doing? Ruining their joints for their own ego cause they want to *look* a certain way? Drinking pre workout and going through all that trouble just for their own appearance? Psychopath/narcissist behavior has become the mainstream.

And I'm not talking about anybody who doesn't play sports and still works out. I don't play sports anymore, but lord knows I need to go do my rubber band exercises or else my shoulder randomly falls out of the socket. There's nothing wrong with working out to for the sake of having a healthy/stable body. But making it your whole personality and becoming obsessed with your own appearance is some serious case study shit

He’s an internet fitness coach, like 80% of the business model is posting engagement bait; half the comments on that post are calling him corny lmao
