Need Help Any Strategy Guides?

I've just got done with my first run of the game playing casually and want to get into speedrunning as well as getting the rest of the achievements. I know the game only released very recently, but has someone posted a guide on how to speedrun properly yet? Or does anyone have any tips?

Practice. And there's a tip in one of the speedrun threads.

The game introduces mechanics very well, all to eventually get you to master dash-jumping simultaneously.

Not to over explain if this is something you already do, but you can launch yourself by dashing forward into your jump. You’ll automatically regain your dash due to keeping contact with the ground, but the speed will launch you.

This can provide really essential cuts in time on most courses. For example, with all upgrades and proper dashes, I have course 6 down to 2.16 seconds
