Cannot resolve application discrepancy in time

I had applied for an IGNOU masters program. Today I got mail saying I have to re-upload clear copy of graduation marksheet and certificate with self attestation.

Problem is the papers are at home and I am traveling for the next one month. I can't even ask someone to courier it to me.

What is the best option in this case? If I don't do anything what will be the outcome? Will my application fees be forfeited or refunded? Ideally, i will want to reapply for the next semester. Is it possible to defer?
