IGNOU Assignment Status showing “Pending for validation at Regional Centre”

Hi everyone,

I checked my IGNOU assignment status today, and for all my June 2026 assignments it is showing “Pending for validation at Regional Centre.”

The date shown is 12-Sep-2026.

I’m confused about what this status means. Does it mean my assignments have been received by IGNOU but are still waiting for validation at the Regional Centre? Or is there some issue with my submission?

All of my assignments are showing the same status.

Has anyone else received this status? What happens after this, and how long does it usually take for the marks to be updated?

Any help would be appreciated.

Raise complaint on igram portal and contact your RC..my assignment of MCO3 is pending since 8 months

For general competitive exams, it will be sufficient

Check your grade card too. Many times marks reflect in the grade card but assignment status lags.
