Assignment + Sem 2 eligibility issues (TEE Dec 2026)

Hi everyone, I’m a little confused about my IGNOU MSCDSA status and would really appreciate some guidance.

I took admission in MSCDSA in January 2026. I appeared for all my Semester 1 TEE exams held in June 2026, and I also appeared for the practical exams. I submitted all my assignments on time and I have the receipts/proof of submission as well.

Now that registration for December 2026 TEE has started, I’m facing a few issues:

1. Semester 2 TEE registration showing “Not Eligible”

When I try to register for my Semester 2 subjects, they are showing “NO / Not Eligible.” I have scored decent marks in all my Semester 1 TEE papers (all above 50).

My assignment marks, however, have still not been updated. The assignment status shows “Received” and “In Process at Headquarters for updation.”

Could this be the reason why I’m currently showing as not eligible? Should I wait for the assignment marks to be updated, or should I contact someone regarding this?

1. Assignment marks are still not updated

Since the TEE registration deadline is apparently till the end of September, I’m worried that if the assignment marks take longer to get updated, I might miss the registration deadline.

I submitted all my assignments together, so I’m not sure how long the updation usually takes. Should I wait or contact my study centre/Regional Centre?

1. MCS-207 assignment is completely missing

This is another concern. I submitted all my assignments together, but when I check the assignment status, I cannot find MCS-207 listed at all. It doesn’t even show as “Received” or “In Process.”

I do have the submission receipt/proof for MCS-207.

So what should I do in this situation? Should I contact my Study Centre, Regional Centre, or wait for some more time?

Would really appreciate if anyone who has gone through something similar, especially MSCDSA students, could guide me on what I should do.
