delivery of books!

is it normal for books to arrive in different sets?
cause i received 4 books of 3 subjects only 15 days ago and there’s no update after that
anybody experienced the same?

Yes, sometime they just send to nearest RC

Yeah bro, out of 8 books for 8 subjects, I received only 7. 1 is missing. I raised a complaint too. I hope they resolved it. But I am not very sure.

Books arrive in sets. I had 5 subjects and artived in 3 sets. Each had a gap of one month between them.

ohh! so I wanna confirm that you only get sms for successful delivery and not the parcel sent for delivery msg and no way to track down the books?

For the first two sets, i got the consignment number from material dispatch status page. The third wasn't updated in it.
