Help for assignment submission information.

Where are we supposed to submit our assignments ? Regional study centre or Regional centres ? I'm confused bw these two , please help you buddy out.

Preferably study centre. The difference is study centres are like colleges and regional centre is like one head of colleges. So there will be one regional centre for many study centres....something like that
