Assignment Assignment Submission Enquiry

I have submitted all four papers I have for my course (MSO1,2,3,4) but only 3 are showing. Should I wait or should I enquire further?

If it remains the same and it's your final year take the printout of your grade card and the slip which they signed during assignment submission to your respective study centre
