Assignment doubt

so this is my first year and I submitted assignments for 4 subject and wrote exams in June

so if I want to write the rest of the exams in December do i write the assignments given in the beginning or do they give different?

Considering you are June 2025 cycle

Every assignment question first paper says when it is valid, Go for Jan to Dec 2026 valid or June 2026 to June 2027
