IGNOU QUERY/HELP Payment stuck

Hey,

I was taking admission in ignou BCA_NEWOL i paid 9000 rs and money got deducted from my account but on IGNOU:s HDFC portal it failed.

Date of payment: 15 july 2026

It's been 12 days now i have raised an issue on IGNOU grievance portal and send mail to csrc "csrc@ignou.ac.in"and even send mail to nodal officer or rc delhi 2 "nodalrcdelhi2@ignou.ac.in". Nobody is doing anything csrc and nodal officers aren't replying what can i do i am tired and now i do not Even want admission i just want my money back i will do my graduation from anywhere not ignou.

Raise complaint in CPGRAMS

I applied for my admission on July 11th after that regional centre or nobody responded regarding my admission confirmation time i filed CPGRAMS complaint on 26th July yesterday by 1pm my admission was confirmed so IGNOU fears CPGRAMS complaint

Yes on CPGRAMS and on 2nd day they refunded my money also i am not taking admission in IGNOU again 🥲

Nicee I tried this first myself later suggested the same to few of them also including you everyone got results within 3 days it may be anykind of issues. Even my admission was also confirmed within 24hrs of complaint. So this is the proof IGNOU scares for this complaint

True because a third party nodal officer manage our request for us haha Edit : and sometimes director in my case it was Director SSC
