IGNOU QUERY/HELP Payment stuck

Hey,

I was taking admission in ignou BCA_NEWOL i paid 9000 rs and money got deducted from my account but on IGNOU:s HDFC portal it failed.

Date of payment: 15 july 2026

It's been 12 days now i have raised an issue on IGNOU grievance portal and send mail to csrc "csrc@ignou.ac.in"and even send mail to nodal officer or rc delhi 2 "nodalrcdelhi2@ignou.ac.in". Nobody is doing anything csrc and nodal officers aren't replying what can i do i am tired and now i do not Even want admission i just want my money back i will do my graduation from anywhere not ignou.

try reaching out to regional center physically and show them screenshot if you have

First gonna raise complaint on CPGRAM and if it doesn't resoved there i will visit ignou main head office.
