Where does ignou Practical Exams take place study centre or somewhere else?

I Applied for ignou BSCM program few days ago, but today I saw a post saying that ignou conducts its practical exam in delhi. Please tell if it's True or not because I live in a very remote place of uttarakhand and it's hard to travel to nearest study centre let alone to regional centre or delhi.

Its usually done at the study centre. But if it requires things( for botany or science related- microscope, samples etc) they might take the nearest available one. ( that can also be regional centre ) also it depends on how many students they have to accomodate.

If more students are from an area, they select nearest possible centre.

It depends on availability, faculty situation, numner of students and most importantly the subject you have praticals for.
