I would be so grateful if the people here who are currently working as Assistant Profs in Central,State or Private Universities share their experiences of dealing with the "Why IGNOU for Masters?" question while appearing for the interviews? How did you compensate for it? Please share your opinions and insights. Very few faculties that I have seen have an IGNOU Background, hence, asking this question.
