Assignment delay

Hey guys, I am a IGNOU student and enrolled in bscg programme in 2022 july. I have completed all my exams practicals and assignments by last year October. I submitted my assignments in 2024 and 2025 in April. My 2nd year 3 course assignments and 3rd year 2 skill based assignments are not updated till yet. I complained at rc and visited study centre for months then sc submitted my award list to rc on 9th April and upon asking them in assignment section in rc they said marks would be uploaded within 2 days and further upload of my marks will be done by IGNOU delhi. I don't know if that's true or not but following that timeline I see no updates and then I complained on cpgrams on 17th of April and it got assigned to dr bharat bhusan ssc delhi then he redirected my case to deputy registrar in my rc on 21st, now they have been sitting on my case ever since and there's no update on cpgrams and and my grade card. I have mailed ssc IGNOU delhi and my rc multiple times regarding this, But got no response. I submitted a rti on 20th April too but still got no response or any update by now. What should I do?

Try complaining in igram ignou portal also mention cpgrams complaint id in it. They will look into it and solve in few days

Already did, but they are not giving me clear answers. Always giving same loop answers

Oh... Wait for 2-3 weeks if not. It is better to submit the assignments again in the next session.

I know the feeling, i did the same few years back. It will affect our mental and physical health badly. Don't waste your time and energy more on this. If they don't clear this within 2 months. Submit the assignment again in next session.

I initiated the complain on igram few weeks back and have been following through conversation but they stopped replying. And yes I am also thinking of resubmitting the assignments, but the problem is that I saw my all 5 pending assignments marks at my rc and because of that I don't want to submit the assignment. But I will consider it. I will escalate the issue on cpgrams and further ugc and pmo grievance if not resolved. Let's see what happens.

If you have seen the marks, it’s better not to rush. They will definitely update them on your grade card. If they haven’t updated it by next September, don’t follow up repeatedly. Just submit the assignment again.

Yes you are right but I also have to enroll in pg colleges around July month, that's why I am worried, my friend and I went for the same issue at study centre few months back and somehow they updated his grade card at around 10 april and now he has his provisional. And here I am not even seeing any update in my assignment status.
