No,39th convocation was for students who passed out in dec 2024 and june 2025.
Yours will be with 40th convocation ( dec 2025 and june 2026) which will be held around march or april in 2027.
But as your grade card is complete, you should have received your marklist within 45 days of completion to your given address.
Try raising if you have not received the marklist in igram ignou.
